We’re looking for a Planning Executive – Manpower Visibility & Planning to join our Operations team! In this role, you’ll help us make sure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time — all while keeping things efficient, smart, and future-ready.
- A Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in
warehouse operations, process improvement, or operations analysis.
- Strong analytical and
forecasting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Great with Excel,
Power BI, or other analytics tools.
- Excellent communication
and coordination skills.
- A structured,
process-driven mindset with ownership and accountability.
- A collaborative attitude

- Forecast manpower needs
based on business volumes, operational peaks, and upcoming projects.
- Spot gaps in workforce
availability and suggest solutions.
- Analyze manpower
utilization and support cost planning.
- Build and maintain
dashboards and reports for manpower visibility.
- Track deployment,
shifts, and productivity trends.
- Work closely with Operations,
HR, and other teams to align manpower planning with business goals.
- Keep an eye on process
improvements and ensure data accuracy in all manpower reports.
