Managing Director

Shane Madigan is a supply chain professional with more than 20 years’ experience across various business sectors. His knowledge has been focused on 3PL, Transportation, HORECA, Food processing and FMCG. His career started in Europe but he is currently based in the Middle East for the last 15 years, he resides in Dubai but has gained vast experience by working in the GCC and other countries in the region. He strongly believes in customer’s satisfaction and continuous improvement in the work place, he believes that business needs to have all departments well aligned so the customer gets the best service they deserve.

In his spare time he loves spending time with his family and friends but would love to spend more time on the golf course as he is always up for a challenge.

Pierre-Michel Berche is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of expertise, results, and inspiration guiding the strategic financial activities in a variety of industries. He is skilled at overseeing and modernizing all corporate finance, accounting, and procurement functions. Pierre-Michel believes in core business understanding to elaborate decision making and in the adding value potential of every employee. Prior to joining CFO position at Steinweg Sharaf and Retail Logistics, Pierre-Michel started his career with a big 4 audit firm in banking industry, then with an IT division of one of the largest shipping company and a Retail VC. In the supply chain, logistics and freight forwarding industry he lead implementation of the NetSuite accounting system, bootstrapped green energy investments and overviewed expansion strategy. Pierre-Michel holds a Master degree in Management from SKEMA Business School in France, with a component from the Oxford Brookes University and is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).

Laura is the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance at Retail Logistics. She has 15 years of experience focusing on the delivery of internal audit, COSO compliance, and risk assessments with private companies. She has a diversified experience in retail, investment, financial services and logistics. Laura began her career with KPMG in Geneva. She also had the privilege of bootstrapping many internal audit departments during her career and develop risk management frameworks within different Organizations.

With her extensive risk and control background, Laura has a passion to assess and manage risk, identify and evaluate controls and efficiently manage the delivery of audit services.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree in business and management with Magna Cum Laude from Fribourg (CH) University and holds a Certified chartered Accountant (ACCA) qualification. She also holds the Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA) and completed a CAMS certification (anti money-laundering).

He is having extensive expertise in building and leading global teams in terms of technical, functional and business aspects to identify all the in & out potential trends, key barriers and to implement effective & innovative business solutions in various region like, North America, EMEA & MENA. Proven track record of success in developing and executing sustainable IT and supply chain strategies with key knowledge in system and programs from concept till the delivery which enhances efficiency ,revenue and reduce cost to the overall business. Always self-motivated, loves to take new initiatives, pointing out opportunities to utilize IT more efficiently ,strongly believe that technology should serve & meet our needs . Strong professional with Masters in Information Technology and One year Executives General Management Program from Tier1 business school.

He is a Bachelor of Engineering - Electronics & Telecommunication, RTMNU, Maharashtra, India and has managed Successfully 350+ Key Account vendors across Middle East, USA, U.K, India, China, Europe, Brazil & Philippine, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia. With a strong knowledge of IT systems he is able to maintain a balance between operational requirement and IT solutions.

Jamie has worked for the Metropolitan Police as a front-line officer for over 15 years in different departments, he was responsible for maintaining public order and safety, upholding the law and preventing detecting and investigating criminal activities, to create a safer environment for the general public. His areas of interest are enhancing the safety of the organization by designing and implementing health, safety and security policies, procedures, and tools across all facilities, whilst ensuring the organization complies with UAE and free zone legislation along with worldwide best practices in security and health standards.

Sumit is a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering & Electrical Power System and has more than 20 years of experience in Facility Management, Heavy Engineering, Real Estate & Retail Industry.

He specializes in Property takeover termed as HOTO in Industry, which majorly includes SPOC for System integration of IBMS.

Has led multiple projects in the tenure with Retail Logistics and helped the organization with the required infrastructure to support the continues growth. Managing multiple facilities and keeping them up to the set standards of the organization is his prime motto which he takes up with as a challenge and loves every bit of it.

A Planning Manager with more than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain management, Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics Operations. He has been involved in Data Analyzing and Implementations in various sectors of work including FMCG, FASHION, FOOD MANUFACTURING, AUTOMOBILE & 3PL Solutions. Passionate to build new processes and design dashboards to identify and evaluate performance for the best interest of the company , with special interest in process improvements case studies. He has worked on many dashboards to provide visibility which has helped the business take important decision. His contribution to the business has been vital in getting efficiencies in terms of space and manpower utilization.
